Ok, the kit arrive on 7 Jan 2002 and here are the first photos. Guess you shouldn't expect really fast shipping around the holidays.
The box the kit arrived in, heavy!
Packed in styrofoam peanuts.
All parts in one big heavy bag.
Small parts were bagged in the bigger bag.
Parts laid out. The parts were covered in oil and a little dirty in places you can't clean when the gun is assembled. Didn't find any rust.
Parts tested fitted with out the right side plate.
Rear rivets were ground off. Pretty good job, no deep gouge marks.
Barrel has good bore and sharp rifling. Outer sleeve has a couple of minor dings but really gives it some character.

Hebrew markings with 7.62 markings.
Next the side plate and semi auto internals.
